All members must be at least 18 years old. We use a verification process to maintain an exclusive community of motivated individuals seeking professional and romantic synergy.

You can securely sign in using your professional LinkedIn account, Google account, or verified email address. We recommend LinkedIn for the most seamless profile integration.

MATCHEDIN uses your location to suggest matches within your preferred networking radius. We never share your exact coordinates; we only display your city and approximate distance to matches.

You can upload up to 6 high-resolution photos. We recommend a mix of professional headshots and lifestyle photos that showcase your personality in social or professional settings.

Our proprietary algorithm balances your professional industry, educational background, and shared personal interests with your specified relationship preferences.

Ensure notifications are enabled in both the MATCHEDIN app settings and your phone's system settings. Check if 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Focus' modes are active.

In the app: Settings → Delete account. On the web: use our Delete Account page (verify with email OTP, then confirm). This action is permanent and removes your profile, matches, and messages.

We use industry-standard encryption for all data storage and transmission. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Your privacy is our highest priority.

To report a profile, click the three dots on the top right of their profile or message screen and select 'Report'. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

MATCHEDIN offers a robust free tier. We also offer MATCHEDIN Premium which includes unlimited likes, profile boosts, and the ability to see who liked you first.
